FEARLESS is an award-winning documentary short about a community activist group that struggles to mentor youth and intervene gun violence on the South Side of Chicago. 

 

Directed, Edited and Produced by Jasmine Cannon, Yingxu Hao and Branden Hampton.

FEARLESS was nominated for two 2017 Chicago Student Emmy Production Awards.

 

It also premiered at major international film festivals including the Zanzibar International Film Festival in Zanzibar, Tanzania and won the Grand Jury Prize at the D.C. March on Washington Film Festival. 

 

The project is currently in development as a feature length scripted film and feature length documentary.
